I'm talking about the people who brine pickles and cure meat in our city and do their own butchering and cocoa-bean grinding and whiskey distilling. That's something I'd like to see: Theatermakers—maybe with a similarly hands-dirty, process-oriented aesthetic—creating events with some cool food folks.
